Using LED lamps will assure a large financial savings and help your City achieve energy conservation, carbon reduction, and further enhance local economic development.
There are many methods in the international project investment practice to save energy, like BT, BOT, and TT and so on. Considering the large number of your City's street lights, a huge one-time investment to the city-wide energy-saving LED lighting may hamper your fiscal budget.
To this effect we are proposing a scheme to be led by our Company and guaranteed by your Government and a local established bank.
Our proposal is to replace all your existing traditional high voltage sodium street lamps to LED lamps. In this concept, the local government is not obliged to pay out huge budget but rather advice to utilize its existing scheduled regular budget. Our Company in conduit with a reputable local bank that will finance the additional needed funding. Payment to us (thru the identified bank partner) will come from your electrical bill savings! Total investment and income distribution will be settled thru business consultations after the detailed studies and statistics of the existing street lamps in your city.
